I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you forget your password, you can get it reset by clicking this link.

You will be asked for your username (which you set up during registration) or your email address you used for registration.

After clicking the 'Get New Password' button, you will receive an email with a new password. The email may not be instant so give it a minute before trying again.

Note: if you use a free email service such as Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail, be sure to check your junk mail folder as sometimes password reset emails are incorrectly placed there.

Once you log in, you can change your password by clicking 'Membership Details' under the Members menu.

How can I change my membership plan?

Starting out on the Monthly plan is an easy way to get started with Live and Teach Guitar, but the Quarterly or Yearly plans offer the best value.

How do I update or change my payment method?

If you need to change your payment method for membership (eg: a credit card expiring or you want to switch to a different bank account), you can easily change the method here.

Please note that this won't change which plan you're on - it simply changes your banking details at PayPal.
