XB-03 Bends and Pre-bends Lick
About this resource
The goal of this exercise is to show your student how to use bends in a musical context. It will also help your student practice bends in a new way by using a pre-bend as a way to check how well the student can accurately push the string to the correct pitch. It's a great way for you to see how well your student can control bends and it's a great way for the student to practice playing bends by feel.
Remember that the point of this exercise isn't to learn a lick - the lick is merely a tool to teach your student pre-bends and accuracy. It doesn't matter if the student memorizes the lick or not - as long as they learn from it.
